Question about 1992 Ford Ranger
I have a 92 ford ranger 4.0 and it feels like it lacks power, it sounds like its stuttering. i replaced all the wires, plugs, rotor, rotor capi was told it could be the valves but i think it might be the fuel injectors. any ideas??
If you believe its the injectors try a can/bottle of injector cleaner and use a can of carby cleaner to lightly spray around the injector seals to confirm no vacuum leak as the age of the vehicle would suggest they may be.Valves is also a good idea to reset as over time they do tend to sink into the valve seats and the valve clearances become too tight, this is a common problem with a lot of engines.
