I cant put more than 6 gallons in the 20 gallon

Every fuel tank has a breather pipe. If this gets blocked or the pipe is kinked, you will really struggle to put fuel in the tank.

Can pump only 3 to 4 gallons in fuel tank before it comes back out nozzle

vent soleniod is not working. That activates and lets the tank vent when u turn the truck off so you can fill it. Pretty common for these vehicles

Please tell me the fuel capacity and expected mileage

fuel tank is 20 gallons, this means you can get about 18.5 gallons in the tank in the real world, the fuel mileage is about 10-12 MPG in town and 14-16 MPG on the hiway, the assumes it is a 4 wheel drive, they are heavier.
