Several of them are related to the O2 sensor, you should reset the ECU to find out what codes are active by resetting it.

when you get all that codes at once often there is an electrical issue, and you simply need to reset the ECU, see here:

    Ford Auto Repair Information

ODB Code help, F150 - Diesel Forum
    Regarding the error codes:

P0443 Purge Valve Control Fault - replace the purge control valve

P1451 EVAP Emission Control System - Check the vent solenoid's coil for continuity.

    P0135 O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction

P0141 bank 1 sensor heater circuit malfunction

    P0155 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

    P0161 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P1409 Electronic Vacuum Regulator (EVR) control circuit malfunction - check EGR Vacuum regulator located on the driver side of the valve cover

You likely just have a blown fuse at the diagnostic connector, check to see that you have 12 volts at pin 16 on the connector. See diagram of pin below.

Mi hyundai accent GLS 2002 tiene el check encendido y tiene los errores p1401 y el p0442, que puede ser y como puedo solucionarlo, ademas la luz del dasch se apaga y se enciende constantemente que puede...

The 2000 model year Accent adopts a different "pressurized" leak check system capable of detecting a 0.020" (0.5 mm) diameter leak (previous Hyundai systems detect a 0.040" [1mm] diameter leak using engine vacuum). The new system uses a Diagnostic Module for Tank Leakage (DM-TL) to close and pressurize the fuel evaporative emissions system. The DM-TL replaces the fuel tank pressure sensor and the canister close valve from previous systems. Other significant changes were made to the system logic, including several new diagnostic trouble codes. It compares the differences between the 2000 model year Accent and previous evaporative emission systems... Que puede ser? Tiene dos opciones. Primero, puede pagar que un tecnico diaga el problema (exactamente) o sigue, secudariamente, su adivnaza.

My service (with a wrench) light has come on with my 200 pontiac sunfire along with my ABS light and Trac light. I am not sure if I will pass emissions because of this. What can I do as a temporary fix...

Sorry, there's nothing you can do as a 'quick fix'. If you have the codes erased, it will not pass as the system monitors will not be ready to test = that's a fail item.
On a good note, sounds like it's a anti-lock brake issue. A system scan will pinpoint the problem.

P1414 code on 2000 v6 mustang whats the fix for this problem

"DTC P1414 indicates electric AIR pump commanded off, but PCM indicates electric AIR pump is on."

"Possible Causes:
-- Open EAIR circuit.
-- Open AIR pump ground.
-- EAIR circuit short to power.
-- Damaged AIR pump.
-- Damaged solid state relay.
-- Damaged PCM."

That's from the service manual. Between you and me? They EAIR system is a POS. In my day, I've wrestled this Ford demon several times. We're talking about emissions on a computer-controlled car, here. Sadly, there's generally no easy fix. Get it to a (not a scan tool) diagnostic tool.

Did not pass state inspection (vehicle)

First the fault codes,
U110C is No Fuel Level Bus Message
U0155 is No Cluster Bus Message.
Unfortunatly you have to be able to communicate with the instrument cluster with your scanner to diagnoise and I do not think an aftermarket scanner can do this.
