Usually when the blower loses speeds over time the problem is the blower motor sensor.luckily these are relatively cheap.

Usually answered in minutes!
Check the connection under the glove compartment on the passengers side. If the passenger extends their leg they could probably hit the wire that controls it and not make a good connection. I've had the same problem and it's fixed it every time. I think it's a blue and black twisting wire.
