Question about 2006 Hyundai Elantra
My car battery died from leaving interior lnights on and after having jumped it both my stereo (including clock) and key button unlocker wont work. Check the audio fuse and it was not blown.
There is more than one fuse to check. There is also a fuse panel under the hood near the car's battery. Check all fuses. Most cases this fuse can be labeled "Back Up".

The key lock/unlock for doors are powered by the batteries in the remote, while the ignition key draws its energy from the vehicle via induction. Since the battery is dead you are having this problem. You need to call assistance from the nearby auto shop or a locksmith. I guess you don't have any other option.
