You have to purchase a long sparkplug socket, I believe 5/8". They are around 6 inches long and you can buy them at any autoparts store. They are usually black in color . Then you have to remove the 2 screws that hold down the individual coil packs for each spark plug. The long socket will go all the way down in the head so you will need a short extension.

Sometimes you have to go in through the fender well on both sides of them you will have to jack it up and use a long extension and a swivel

Why is my 2000 expidition sputtering at idle

check the spark plugs may be time for a tune up. it may have coil packs instead of spark plug wires which commonly go bad and cause a misfire at idle as well

My ford expidition has no current flows into spark plugs

Hello and welcome to FixYa!
One of the cause why there is no spark is because of a faulty ignition coil. As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you go for ignition coil replacement and I believe you'll be good after.
Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! have a good one!
