The problem is most likely not just the blend door actuator, the electric motor actuators fais to move the door because the blend door warps and then it takes an excessive amount of power to move it or it will not move at all, which on this model is the case most of the time. The replacement of these parts requires the dash top be removed from the car, to do this job you need access to the factory service manuals. You can download them for a reasonable fee here. This is a 12-14 hour job at home for an amateur
Not sure what a code 10 is, but I had to have both of my rear air shocks air bags replaced on 2000 town car, and soon after the motor that controls them it was not a fix by any mean not sure if that helps you any but I hope so
Well, the Question Title says 1995 Lincoln Continental and the actual question says 1995 Licoln Town Car.....BIG difference - are you sure you know what kind of car we are talking about here?
Not that this really matters anyway, because neither of those cars were factory equipped with a "phone system". If there is some kind of phone set up in the car that you have, it would have to be an aftermarket add-on. Unless you can come up with manufacturer, model, and possibly the serial number for the phone system you have, I doubt if anyone can help you.
