make sure daytime running lights are on,you may only need to pull the emergency brake pull handle up and same time lift the emergency brake pedal up by hand while you have the e-brake pull handle up. hope this helps and thank you for choosing fixya.com
The daytime running light module is built into the instrument cluster of your car and if all the lights work normally with the headlight switch then you need to replace the dash[instrument cluster].A dealer will need to program it whether it is new or used,so plan for that as well.
Hello, and thank you for choosing fixya.com. On the batter side, you may need to disconnect and remove the battery. There should be a socket that twists and locks into the back of the headlamp. It should be the same on the passenger side. You should be able to turn it counter clockwise, and pull out. Turn slowly as to not overturn it; the clips on the socket will line up with the appropriate holes and it should slide right out. Once out, simply take out the bulb, and put the new one in. Insert the socket and turn clockwise to tighten. I hope this information helps you and I thank you again so much for choosing fixya.com. Please, let us know if you need further assistance.
Hello there - I would suggest checking the fuse for your lights in the fuse box, and check under the hood for a fuse/relay box, and have the relay tested. If the fuses and relays are good, open the hood, and try to check the connection to the headlights and make sure they are securely connected. You also mentioned that when you push the headlights switch forward for brights, and turn on the night time head lights, and neither come on but the daytime lights do, makes me suspect the switch itself may be bad. I would first check the fuses and relays if any. Second, I would replace the bulbs (if replacable). Other than that, my last guess would be an electrical problem in the wiring somewhere. I hope this information helps you fix your lights. Thank you for your time and consideration in my suggestions/answers.
