Question about 1998 Ford Mustang
I installed 3 gauges (in a tri-piller housing left of windsheild) in my 98 mustang gt. I had to pull out stock dash gauge cluster to wire it. After reinstalling stock gauges, the airbag light flashes for a moment after starting then remains lit. I had negitive batt. dissconnected entire time while installing. When I pulled stock gauges out again I could not find any loose wires and fuses are all good. What could cause flashing airbbag light and how do i Fix?
When you disconnected the battery you set a code in the airbag diagnostic module (loss of system voltage), you will have ot manually clear the code out to turn out the light.
