Question about 1990 Toyota Celica
All gears change perfectly just doesnt go up to fourth even when temperature is high or even when u accelerate hard. transmission oil level is fine.
Sorry the bad news is ,,,, it has a fault internally either a band or a piston by the sound of it car is a 1990 then suggest scrapyard ,report stolen claim insurance money and buy another car
