Left low beam of my A4 model 2011 is very low, how can I adjust to higher level

place the car 3ft from a reflective wall turn the lights on to high beam and adjust using the adjuster screws at the back of the light. Low beam is part of the high beam so when high beam is set then low beam will be correct.

My heater blows air, but its cold air. It's not the thermostat its been changed. Also my low beam headlights don't work only on high beam.
