Chrysler Stratus/Cirrus 2.5 check engine flash every two minutes
I have a 97 Chrysler Stratus(Cirrus in the US. I'm from Holland. Nice car, but an unusual error since yesterday. Every two minutes while I'm driving the check engine light flashes one time for half a second along with the cruise light. Also the engine gives a huble at the same time. Then it's al fine, for two minutes and it happens again and again. The first time when driving away the locks also lock along with the event described above. I checked the codes and get 12,51 and 55.

Yes it could be, if the o-ring from the old filter stuck to the engine it could have gotten pinched in between the new filter and the block causing a leak. It could also have lost the o-ring from the new filter. I'd just unscrew it and check.
the valve cover gaskets were leaking oil around the spark plug boots making the boot swell and causing a voltage leak. the engine misfired and stop lights. i did a tune up with new cover gaskets, plugs, wires, cap and rotor and she runs like a top. vrooom, vrooom!!
