There is a small black plastic box under the hood that contains several circut breakers. The breaker for trailer towing is located here.

Check on Passenger Compartment Panel, position 6, 10AMP (right horn) and on the Power Distribution Center (underhood) position 28, 20AMP (horn relay).

SOURCE: where is the blower motor
The relay is located in the fuse panel (power distribution box) located in the engine comaprtment. Below is a picture of the location of that panel and a diagram of the fuses and relays. The blower motor relay is the one located in the number 55 position. This should be in your owners manual if you have one.
