You will not be able to tell whether the spray nozzle is clean just by looking at it.
Poke it with a fine needle and keep trying to spray. If it is blacked,it will soon clear up.
I take it you can hear the spray motor running when you depress the switch.

My wipers went out. the windshield wiper fluid still spray. the wiper fuse on the interior of the car is ok. how do i fix this problem

Electrical problems usually require a binary search to find the fault.
But you can save time by starting with what is most accessible.
If you can get at the wiper motor, then use a test light to see if there is voltage when switched to the different speeds, directly at the motor.
If there isn't, then you back up to the switch.
If that does not have power, it could still be a fuse, or it could be the ignition switch accessory terminal went bad.
Make sure the wiper motor also has a good ground.

check the fuse firdt if this is ok disconnect the wiring plug from wiper motor and check if this has power when combination switch wiper section is in on position if it does wiper motor has failed if not is probably wiper arm section of combo switch faulty.

Wiper problem

If the linkage is failing to move smoothly it will require lubrication.I would recommend using Heavy Duty Silicone spray lube or PB Blaster.

Spray on each of the pivot joints and try to move the wiper arms a few times and then relube as needed. This assembly should move with almost no resistance.

Try blowing the switch out with compressed air moving it from every position. If this fails, replace the switch. Frankster016
