Question about 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
On my 02 jeep grand cherokee, when you turn the heat on the drivers side heats up. the passenger side stays cold.
The digital thermal control is bad. The part usually goes out after 6 years near 80,000 miles or sooner with excessive use. The controler box behind the dials used for temp. has a spring inside which always breaks, the part is non serviceable, in other words, you can not buy the spring, you must replace the entire unit. Unfortunatly this is a dealer only part.
