Question about 2005 Ford F-150
Please dont replace the window motor as afformentioned. If you can hear it working properly, you need to replace the little piece that holds it to the arm that pushes the window up. If your window is tilting towards the front/nacl of the door, then you will also need the piece that holds it on the track.

You only need to replace the power window motor. If you can find the thermal sensor inside the motor that heats up then shuts the motor off to prevent jamming you will save about 95% of the cost of a new motor. I have the same problem with my GMC on both windows. I can't find the thermal sensor so I think I will by-pass it and be careful about stripping the regulator and blowing fuses. Shop around online for the best price for a new motor. they vary tremdously.
