Question about 1995 Buick Riviera
Has a tention pully holding on the belt.. the pully will have a single bolt head ing the center.. its on a piviting arm thats spring loaded.. get a wrench or ratchet on the bolt in the middle of the pully and push or pull it till it releaves the stress on the belt..
