My 05 Lesaber was stuck in park and I found when I parked my front wheel was jammed against the curb. I rocked the car back and forth and it came unstuck.I don't know if this will help you any
I had a couple of men help rock the car and it freed itself.
The first thing to do is check the brake lights, if they don't work the shifter lock will not release the shifter from park. The common problem on this model is the connector at the brake light switch is defective due to broken wires inside the plastic outer insulator.
are you stuck in park? are you on a hill? if so,you're gonna need some help shaking the car back @ forth, seen this many times@not unusual. while sometimes it happens.rock the car back@forth while trying to shift out of park
On most cars of that year and newer you have to have the engine running and be pressing down on the brake pedal to shift out of park. If that does not work try having some one rock the car forward and back while you try to shift out of park. If the rocking trick works in the future while still in gear and holding the brakes set your parking break then shift to park. This will keep the weight of the car of the parking lock in the transmision and prevent the problem from reoccurring. Good Luck!!
