The blower motor sensor is the culprit.

2004 dodge Dakota heater motor won't work on high speed I think high speed relay is bad I can't find it do you know where relay is located

there is no relay for high speed, the blower relay is only for all other speeds except high. The high speed has a direct 12v lead to it (fused). you will need to check for 12v supply at the motor. If no voltage you woll need to check fuse.

2004 Dodge Dakota Heater fan motor will not run on low speed. All

Your blower resistor may be wearing out or corrosion setting in. The part is cheap and you can probably replace it. This link shows where an 01 is located. Yours may be in the same spot on on the engine bay side of the passenger firewall. Check with your auto parts store also for location.

Air conditioning blows on high only in 2004 dodge dakota

Sounds like tou need to replace blower motor resistor, it is located on A/C, heater case near motor. This should fix you right up. Have a good one!

Heater fan only works on the two low settings.

if you have checked the switch as recommended, it is most likely to be the heater resistor which contols the diffrerent speeds. it is
normally fited near to the motor and is a squarish block with multiplug on it and coils like springs in the centre of it, look at the coils they may be burnt out.hope this helps

The heater/defroster/ac switch

Sounds like a card located under dash behind your blower motor, on passenger side. When card starts going bad you will only have off and high (for awhile), then none. change the card, this thing controls your speeds on the motor at your control on dash. I have a 2002 Dakota had same problem... but keep in mind not all Dakotas have this card.

Replace your resistor if you haven't already. I had the same issue with mine, it only worked on high.
