CANOT FIND HEATER CONTROL VALVE 1994 LINCOLN TOWNCAR

On many cars it is situated beside the interior heater matrix. On some German cars it can be located in the engine bay, within the cover cowlings under the wiper arms.

I have a lincoln towncar 1994 4.6L v8....................where exactly is the heater control valve located on the car. I have looked eveywhere on the firewall didnt see a thing.

Might not be on the firewall, but if you trace the upper heater hose from the firewall to the engine you should see it, unless perhaps a previous owner had it removed. It looks something like this:

Clockspring on 1994 lincoln towncar

It should be fine the 1990/1994 dont appear to change much esp in that side no more steering controls are added unto 95 odd But you may find ford may have changed connectors to stop you doing things like that and ruining there sales lol

If your clock spring is buggered your horn wont be working either nor will your cruise control controls.

How to change heatercore in 95 towncar?

The entire dash must be removed to access the heater core, this job requires at least 10 hours to do for a shop with the right tools and books, for the do it yourself about 15 hours if at all, I recommend you go to a qualified shop for this repair.
