My Jaguar XE mirrors stop folding close with fob, but they close if I do manually and now the passenger door is not locking. What to do??? When I use the fob all doors close except the passenger side.

Folding mirrors normally have a setting to fold automatically or to fold only manually.

https://www.google.com/search?q=jaguar+xe+folding+mirrors

The passenger door not locking is likely a broken wire or a door module issue. For that, you need an auto electrician who has access to data sheets and also has a pro grade scan tool computer. The scan tool is bi-directional and can instruct things to happen electronically and verify that they did and if they didn't why?

How do i open trunk on Subaru outback wagon without key or fob/remote

no year car told. the now lost free users guide is by year.
made 1994 to present (even 1989 as legacy outback)
no country told at all
sorry cars not the same world wide.

open glove box, read the users guide? oops locked too>?
most cars sold in USA , called wagons
opening the rear gate hatch by accident driving
kids fall the ground, or cargo hits cars behind you. (so is illegall that feature)
and is never called a truck ever, in a wagon
only on sedans. a hatch or 5th door it is named.
In Europe then even call them 5 door cars.
so I am confused.
so all keys lost to the car. and can not drive it
nor open any side doors
and rear hatch is locked and valuables in cargo area to fetch, right?
I say call a locksmith
and pick the lock.
the door lock(mechanism) in the hatch internal, is accessed from the inside of the hatch open.so no why to attack it that way.

call a locksmith,

How do you remove the external driver side door panel or shell on a 2004 350Z and interior door panel. Thank you

outer shells or skins are fitted by folding the metal back over the inner part of the door
the removal process requires you to grind the edge of the fold off and lift the skin off the inner door
fitting is by bending the shin flap back around the door panel and hammering it tight
AS the inner section can warp during this process, it is best performed by a panel shop that has the jig to hold the panel in shape while the refit is being done

How do I take the door panels off

the interior door panels? for the most part the panels are of simple design, they sorta just 'pop' on and off, they are held on with plastic screws attached thru the metal interior of the door. start with the end closest to the outside edge of the door and with a plastic 'pop tool' (i forget the exact name for them but they are for removing headlights and skid plate bolts without damaging metal) or even a flat head screw driver with a folded shop towel over the edge to prevent damage to either panel, gently work under the panel all along the side. it should work loose in short order without much fuss, from there you can see the other panel screws and work around handles/manual window cranks.

How do you replace drives side exeior door handel for 95geoprizm

1) Remove the plug inside the interior armrest and remove phillips screw.
2) Remove armrest and two screws that hold door panel to door frame.
3) Pop the outer cover off the interior door handle.
4) Remove the interior lock knob and remove door panel by popping out tabs connected to door frame and lifting up off of window ledge.
5) Remove the two nuts holding exterior handle in place.
6) Disconnect the L shaped linkage from the handle. The trick to getting the L shaped linkage into the new handle is to feed L shaped metal pole through hole in door where exterior handle was, leaving the lower end of this linkage in its slot.
7) Feed the end of L shaped pole through the plastic 'hinge' in new handle by folding the hinge over and pushing the end of the L through both sides of the plastic hinge at once. slide the lower loop of the plastic hinge down the L shaped pole to secure pole to handle.
8) Place new handle into door and reverse the process to reinstall interior panel.

Hope this helps Tim

Problem with dual zone heating only one side i check control thermost botton is ok

Sounds like the blend door actuator. It separates the driver and passenger side from getting air on the AZC system. Here are some instructions on replacing it:
The passenger side blend door actuator is used on all models equipped with Automatic Zone Control (AZC). This actuator is located on the front of the HVAC housing to the right of the floor panel transmission tunnel and cannot be removed from the passenger compartment without instrument panel or HVAC housing removal.

NOTE: This procedure is for AZC Systems (Passenger side only).

  1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
  2. Remove the glove box door. See: Body and Frame\Interior Moulding / Trim
  3. Remove the lower I/P glove box door surround panel.
  4. Remove the dash assembly. See: Body and Frame\Interior Moulding / Trim\Dashboard / Instrument Panel\Service and Repair\Instrument Panel Assembly
  5. Remove the HVAC assembly. See: Housing Assembly HVAC\Service and Repair
  6. Unplug the wire harness connector from the blend door actuator.
  7. Remove the 2 screws that secure the blend door actuator to the HVAC housing.
  8. Remove the blend door actuator from the HVAC housing.
INSTALLATION - AZC (Passenger side only)

  1. In stall the blend door actuator on the HVAC housing and tighten the two mounting screws to 2.2 Nm (20 in. lbs.).
  2. Plug in the wire harness connector to the blend door actuator.
  3. In stall the HVAC unit into the vehicle. See: Housing Assembly HVAC\Service and Repair
  4. Install the instrument panel assembly into the vehicle. See: Body and Frame\Interior Moulding / Trim\Dashboard / Instrument Panel\Service and Repair\Instrument Panel Assembly
  5. Evacuate the HVAC system.
  6. Recharge the HVAC system.
  7. Connect and the battery negative cable.
Hope it helps! If you need more, just send me an email at familyguy77351 at yah I wil be glad to finish helping you with more detail.

Does anyone have problems with rear interior door handles breaking on 1996 ford explorer?

yeah they break all the time. if your not having problems getting the door open from the outside handle, then your door latches are probably fine. the handles are pretty cheap. you just have to get the panels off the install them. two black screws under the armrest and then pull out on the panel from the bottom to release the white push pins and then lift up to unhook from the window belt moulding.
