begin by changing the fuse. look in your manual for the location of the fuse and be sure to replace it with a new one exactly like the old one, available at any auto parts store.

If you lay down under your vehicule, once you're under the oil pan (when your head is toward the back) check the bottom of the engine block to your right. It should have the size of a can soup and should be fixed there.

the only way is to connect with a ecu analyzer-programmer to a authorized or specialized service garage to find the cause and reset the ecu.

If the piston is stuck out this is due to a seized calliper however a temp Fix is to turn the piston clockwise to force it back in as rear callipers are self releasing so they need to be turned clockwise they will not go stright back without turning. This is due by broken calliper seals although you will temp fix it, It's best to either replace calliper or buy a calliper fixing kit which includes all the seals that need replacing.
Also You will need to Empty the brake fluid out to make it easier to push the piston in it, Then you will need to bleed the whole brake system once fitted back.

Thanks I keep hearing I do and I dont. Ill try ford and see what they say.
Ford dealerships (all of them) will refuse to reprogram a used ECU (ECM, PCM, etc).
