How to bleed fuel rale
To bleed the fuel system you need to remove the plunger on the fuel rail. It is located where you hook up a fuel pressure gauge. Once it is removed have someone cycle the ignition key to the KEY ON ENGINE OFF position, or the accessories position, 2 - 3 times this will get all of the air out. Also place a tube on the fuel pressure fitting so that fuel doesn't spray all over the place. Once this is done replace the plunger and cycle the key 2 - 3 more times. This will ensure fuel is at the injectors

if the car is stilling running hot check the antifreeze overflow bottle for a crack and to answer your question start the car and get it to normal temp while it is still running you open the overflow bottle fill it to the cold mark and keep adding coolant until all the bubbles are out of the system and put the cap back on right away

The squeeling noise you hear could be the bearings in your power steering pump, when bearings go bad they tend to make a squeeling noise.

some new cylinders (which i suggest new over rebuilt) come with plastic inserts with a nipple for a clear plastic tube to attach plug each hole with one leading the hose back into the cylinder fill cylinder with brake fluid and use a large punch or screwdriver and press the pluger in and out until clear fluid no bubbles(or very little)in the tube some wont have a spot for the tube to attach same process no tube install on vehicle leaving the plugs in until ready to hook up with the lines attached crack open the line(right where is goes in the cyl) have some one depress the pedal all the way to the floor and hold close off line putting some pressure on the pedal wont hurt as long as you tighten the line before they let the pedal up do a couple times until only fluid comes out and your done no bleeding at the wheels (or you shouldnt have to)hope this helps good luck
