I have a 1984 dodge 4x4 1/2 ton. the headlights dont work just the running lights work when i pull the light switch out. i bought new headlights nothing

some times when the dimmer switch on the floor goes bad the headlights will cut out. Try replacing the dimmer switch and the headlights should come back on. My 84 dodge had that exact problem.

Headights dont come on - 2005 chrysler town and country. All other lights work. I suspect the fuse. Which fuse # or box location is for headlights ? Thanks

Just a question from experience: Have you tried the brights? I have seen both headlights burn out simultaneously several times.

Moving on, the headlights are probably fed through a relay in the engine compartment box. Should be an embossed diagram in the box lid for which one is which.

Headlights work but parking lights dont..

if u have change and check the bulbs and fuses. great. fuses do go lose in a cherokee . move each fuse by hand while the lights are on or the switch is in the on position. if you find the problem this way. just take the fuse out and slightly twist the prong of the fuse and replace it back and ditto. make your daughter say " u d grate dad"

Headlight failure

look in the o/m for a relay in the fuse panel that controls the headlights it's not a fuse its a little silver box about the size of the search box on this page sometimes these will go bad and cause the headlights to cycle
