The fuse panel for my 2005 expedition is not where the owners manual states that it should be. I bought it used so I'm not sure I have the correct manual.

Main fuse panel, Interior front, passenger side, kick panel, pull that off, to get the fuse cover off pull from bottom. Cover has numbers but no names for fuse locations. MANY items are clumped together, (radio antenna, with rear wiper motor, sunroof) etc.

Fuse box

There should be a fuse in the panel under the dash on the left. The diagram should be on the inside of the door covering them.

You may want to replace the wiper relay to solve your problem.
