exact engine by whom not sure, but is this interference engine?>

noise is never good, find it.
is this SOHC or DOHC, or tell exact motor name,
lets see if wiki does these cars.... its poor, cant even find real ford names for it.
for the BA-BF & FG XR6Turbo, ?
if this is a DOHC engine, say so first. as we never crank them
after noise, ever. we do a leak down tests. BY HAND.
if that fails , the valves are bent, and do not crank engine ever
until the bends are gone; "learn how to respect DOHC engines"
Need more info.. it blows as soon as u put it in or when u turn key on or while driving it. the more info you give the easier it will be to pin point your actual problem with out just throwing money at it and hoping to fix it :-)
Waited for engine to cool and checked all vacuum hoses and sensors, according to vacuum diagram and found a couple of dry rotted hoses. I replaced them and troubles went away.
