Car has Just got a 97 Mark V111. The heated seat donesn,t work and the low beam on lights don't work. Just got the car today and not sure what else is not working yet. Now its just these.

Right now ~~its too cold to work outside on it and can't afford a Lincoln mechanic so hope that someone can help.

Most likely the blend door has failed, how do I know this? 20 years of Ford dealer experience.

Hokay brother. first of all no heat because of the blend door. the low beam will cost ya. but you can use an H4 bulb and a switch and run it from your battire through your fire wall. and it doesent start up out side because your idol air control valve is bad

What have you checked so far? Are you stepping on the brake pedal first before you try to shift into a gear selection? Are the rear brake-lights working?

Do you have a question? Let me guess, you want to know the MPG rating for the car? Easy, the US EPA rates it at 15 mpg city, 24 mpg on the highway. Your mileage may vary.

buy a set of factory manuals used. There is not just one picture.
the fuse box in the driving area is in the owners manual. The engine compartment diagram is in a book called Mark VIII Electrical Vacuum and Troubleshooting Manual.
