I had the same problem, my alarm would go off randomly when starting but it was embarassing having to get out and turn the key twice to disarm the alarm. But the condition was cause by a leak in my sunroof. Water made its way along the headliner towards the back then down to the taillights. It was even very much water because i didnt have excessive spots or watermarks on the headliner, but the little moister that was getting back there had shorted out the vacuum pump which controls the locks and alarm. The vacuum pump is easy to get to on the passenger side right behind the taillight, just lift back the carpet liner and its in a styrofoam case. disconnect it and open it up. If you notice any water damage thats your problem. You can even grab one from a scrap yard without any tools and only about $25

Check and make sure the two harnesses are plugged into the alarm module located on the left hand side under the dash board.
Mind would wiggle while driving and set the alarm off.
