Will turn over but no spark and no gas

    1993 grand cherokee will turn over but wont start . no spark or gas, after awhile it will start and if you turn it off it will start again and again until its sits for awhile (ten min or so) then it wont start

    my jeep grand cherokee limited 4x4 will not start. it cranks over but i am not recieving spark. i have replaced every thing from the crankshaft sensor to the ignition coil.

Sounds like a clogged fuel filter to me, maybe look into the TPS: throttle positioning sensor. Good luck

Look to see if the check engine light come on, on your dashboard, when you turn the ignition on. If that light does not come on, then your ecu computer is in need of repair and your jeep will not start until that light does come on.
Alternately, if that light is on, it could be your crank sensor that's bad on the jeep.

First I would change the plugs, wires, distributor, and rotor button next I would make sure the firing order is correct then have timing checked if all check out have the cylinders tested.I hope this get your Jeep up and running. Back up a minute...Do you have spark from the coil wire? (juice from coil) If so, change or check rotor and cap (wires do not all go bad at same time so unless they are wet, likely at least good enough to start engine)
