If both fuse and bulbs are good after that there is a push switch on the brake pedal itself some times these stick and or fail to work at all and need replacing quite a simple operation take wires off replace switch and replace wires if you touch the two wires together the lights should come on do this before buying new switch

You might have a broken or corroded wire and a possible bad headlight switch although it's not for the brake lights there's a cicuit that goes though it that is connected to the tail lights check if they are working as for the brake light switch you changed did you put it in correctly and attach the pin to hold it in position

Hello and welcome to FixYa!

Try to check the ground of the tail lights. It can be disconnected or worn out. It's a black colored wire that needs to be attached on the car's body. This can do the trick.

Hope this helps and thank you for using FixYa! Have a good one!
