Question about Hyundai Accent
Try spraying it w/ wd-40 or graphite, work the lock back and forth w/ your finger or a screwdriver. it also could be that its in the locked position now, w/ door open pull handle and see if latch moves/ opens. if it does close door. if this doesnt work go to local junk yard and pick latch up for 50.00 bucks. hope this helps
