Question about 1999 Dodge Intrepid
The Intrepid battery is really hard to access in the wheel well. Ordinarily, I would disconnect the car cables and put the battery on the bench, but removing the battery is a major hassle.
Can I just hook up the battery charger to the same posts I would jump start the car with? I know about the hydrogen gas generation (I can ventilate the car okay) but would I be damaging the car electric system?
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
