Basically not doing anything, lights not turning-on on knobs. It's a 2007 Nissan Titan and just had the battery changed.

The picture I will try to attach will show you the blower motor housing. The white electrical harness rt hand upper corner is attached to the blower motor resistor. If you have checked the relay and its working ( you can check with a tester) the resistor is probably the problem. It's the most common a/c blower issue I see weekly hope I can send it and hope it helps.

2011 Nissan Titan heater/ac fan blows on high we replaced the VBC it did not fix it, now what?

What is VBC? Ah, probably Variable Blower Control? my guess you got wires crossed, or a short around the control or even direct short to hot (12vdc) wire. Double check your work, wire connections. Instructions? with the new? double check.

Blower motor not working in my 2004 Nissan Titan. Can someone tell me where I can find the fuse for this and for the blower control module so that I can check to see if that is the problem. Thank you.

Check owners manual for fuse block(s) location. Check fuses, then check for power at connector going into motor. May be ground controlled circuit, so you may need to check in reverse. If you have power there, and are able to change voltage with fan speed control, its your blower motor.

check the fuses at the positive battery terminal, also check all of the batter connections well, they can get very corroded.
