Sounds like you have damaged the engine, you will need to have the engine checked for a blown head gasket, this is not a new engine, but it will be expensive to fix if the gasket is blown, which I suspect it is.

The only thing you need to change for the heating issue is the radiator. The engine shaking sounds well isf I were you I would get a diagnostic check. they can plug it to a machine and it will give off some errors that might point to whats wrong..

Where did I go wrong with my 94 4runner

Mrs. Adriana. read your problem and my believe without having the vehicle in front with my long experience, before go deeper, just check where the leak is coming from. a) water pump, b) radiator hoses, c) radiator itself, d) any other water hoses on the engine, e) matrix, f) core plugs on the side of the cylinder block. If you spot it is good to ask a mechanic's assistance. For the shacking there are few reasons to have it. 1) probably the spread coolant went on the spark plugs HT leads and cause the shaking running , 2) probably you have a blown cylinder head gasket. To confirm if you do have any gasket or cylinder head failure, to confirm, just when the engine is cold open the radiator by removing the cap, just smell from the radiator neck if is smelling fuel,or burned coolant. If so the is obvious that the cylinder head overheated and you have to go deeper in stripping always with the mechanics help.
Good Luck !
I hope the fault is not so deep.

You need to find a new shop that can actually diagnose
a vehicles evap system & the emission monitors

You can not do that without professional tools & knowledge

Don't know how many times you need to be told that

The shop you went to isn't doing anything apparently

You have problems to find & resolve & no one else will
give you a different answer, if they even work on vehicles,
or have knowledge of the obd systems & only the pros have
the test equipment needed

Ford five hundred running on 5 cylinders

the code p 0302 refers to no 2 cylinder misfiring===causes --engine mechanical fault ---wiring--ignition / fuel system---injector--ECT/Maf sensor ---ECM
you state that the engine runs normally for several seconds so I would eliminate a mechanical fault at this stage
most misfires are from faulty injectors so reposition the injector to another cylinder and see if the miss moves along as well
if it doesn't move but stays at no 2 cylinder , then it could be a problem ECM
if you can get a substitute ECM of known good performance , swap it out and see if that fixes the fault

I don't know what is involved with replacing the water pump (how much stuff do you need to remove). Overheating an engine can cause a lot of different things to happen, from damaging temperature sensors to cracked blocks/heads. If you think the security and rough idle are related, the only thing it would be is a ground wire issue (which may have been disconnected to replace the water pump). Other than that, the two problems would not be linked together. I would check vacuum lines, ground wires, and spark plug wires first.

My 2002 jeep grand cherokee was fine went to the store came out started the engine started shaking and when try driving it will turn off

its possible that the fuel pump may have gone bad and needs replacing.have the fuel pressure and volume checked with a gage.fuel pumps go bad as sudden as a light bulb burns out without warning.

My 2001 Escort, 70k runs great but a definate vibration at the steering wheel. I notice it more when cold andwhen it warms up it is not as bad but still noticable vibration at the steering wheel. ...

That mechanic wasn't lying. I currently own three of them and I know a lot of people that own them and they all have a rough idle. The engines are internally balanced and they don't have dampeners, so you get the engine vibration transferred to the car and that is what you are feeling.
