When the engine is running it runs perfectly. If I am not running the engine at at least 20 - 30 mph, it will stop when the heater or air conditioner is turned on. If you turn off the AC or Heater , you can easily start the engine and it runs fine until you turn on the AC or heater and it stalls out again. You can run the AC or heater with no problem at hiway speed. The pickup is now intermitently refusing to stay running and idle when it is started. I have founfd that if I start it and put it into gear without giving it a few seconds to idle, it will stall out and then refuse to start again without giving it gas and keeping pressure on the gas peddle. While keeping pressure on the gas peddle I can throw it into gear and once I bring the truck up above 25 - 30 mph it will then allow me to take pressure off of the gas peddle without stalling out. I continue to have the problem with the heater and AC being on while the truck is driven under 25-30m mph as well as the newer problem decsibed above. I took this problem to my local Dodge dealership and they could not make the pickup stall out while they had it, so they couldn't figure out what was casuing the problem.
I hope you can help me out.
