This is either the ignition module or the crankshaft position sensor.

Why does it turn over but won't start?

You need 3 basic things to make an engine run. 1 Compression, 2 Fuel, 3 Spark. So start buy checking for spark, remove a spark plug and plug it back into the wire. Now touch the threads of the spark plug to metal ( a good ground on the engine) and then turn the engine over (try to start it) and see if you have spark? No spark find the problem. If you have spark now see if you have fuel getting to the engine. You can try pouring a little fuel into the carb or throttle body and then see if the engine will fire or try to run. If it tries to run or fires you have a fuel problem. You need to find out why it is not getting fuel. Spark or fuel, 90% of the time are the main causes when an engine will not run. I hope this gets you started. Rod

Spark fin fuel injector fin, but engine don't work

fin = fine?
there are only 3 ways.
1: engine good (oops you missed that test)
2: spark good but is it timed right.
3: fueling good, too much or too little are bad.
wont run, engines run.
or not.

Truck runs a little rough on rainy mornings. the other morning on my to work running about 60 mph it cut off and would not start back up.had it towed home and started trying to trouble shoot . replaced...

Your checking incorrectly for spark. Hokk a timing light to the cyliunder in question. If the timing light won't flash, your providing enough voltage to the plug for it to fire. You"ll get the gas from that. It sounds like a cracked coil.

Looes spark after warming up

Take the module off which is under the coil packs and take it to Auto Zone and have them to test it. It sounds like it could be at fault.

When I go to start, it turns over but will not start. replaced fuel pump, but did not help.

Check your starter solenoid, (put key in run position and use a jumper wire to make contact to the two large terminals) if it starts replace the solenoid, located on the inner fender well. If there is no difference then replace the ignition module.
