Radio,dome lights and power locks

You might want to try taking off the door panels and taking a look at the actuators. See if they move at all when you use the remote lock/unlock. I had the same problem and all I had to do was replace the actuators and now my locks are perfect. If they are ok, then its also possible that one or both of the lock cables broke. I had to replace one myself. If this is the problem and you have an ebay account I would buy them from there. There is a VERY reliable seller with the username mirine who deals with new OEM Hyundai replacement parts and I've dealt with them for all my parts. As for the radio, its likely the bulbs have blown out. I have one myself I need to replace cuz it keeps flickering now and then.
