It sounds like the bands in your transmission are worn out. You will need to have the transmission replaced or rebuilt.

93 Plymouth Voyager will not start, the Fuel Pump isn't whirring when the key is turned.

You should always hear the pump. Check the electrical connections after you check to fuse.

I have a 1997 Plymouth Voyager with a transmission problem. The transmission sits in neutral and struggles to get into gear. This improves as the vehicle warms up. My Ex had this vehicle a year ago and...

It was toast a year ago

I used to own a trans shop

That transaxle was 40% of all my business

That tells you something, their no good, even
when rebuilt

Hi. How many fuel filters are there in a 1993 Plymouth Voyager? I was told there is one under the hood and one over the gas tank.

That is wrong, this van uses one fuel filter and its not over the tank rather near the tank bolted to the frame on the driverside, the newwer vans have the filter over the tank and they use only one also and then the newest vans have a lifetime filter inside the tank that should last the life of the fuelpump, heres a picture of your fuel filter for your 1993 voyager, good day.johnjohn2_101.jpg

I have a 1993 plymouth grand voyger 3.3 engine automatic transmission wont shift out of second to drive and over drive

i have had this problem before. driving around 45mph still in second gear. when u let off of gas van lurches as if you were downshifting to stop. however, van is automatic. doesn't make sense. van is low on oil and causes gears to stick. like some insane nightmare. give it a quart of oil and you will find the van easily changing gears and acting normal again. don't ask me why or how, but i speak from experience

Transmission wont shift out of first gear on a 1993 grand voyager

your van is going into limp mode!
if the computer sees a problem with any of three sensors it will not up shift,
speed sensor,
input sensor,
output sensor,
none of these are a major thing

Have your van checked for alignment, camber and have those front tires balanced.
