Question about 1995 Nissan Pathfinder
When you take a pathfinder with the automatic locking hubs out of 4wd you have to back up a ways to unlock the hubs

Are you sure it's 4 wd? If it's not the transfer case, I think you can just take the hubs off, leaving the tires on, and have them serviced. Emphasis on, I think.

If you are not using your 4WD more often, your front automatic locking hub will malfunction,
You need to have it cleaned and lubricated, dont use grease please
