Can u tell me where the ignition module is on a '91 colt? thanks.

I had to have the module in my '89 replaced. If my memory serves me, I believe it was in the center console behind the parking brake lever (forward of the rear ash tray.) If my memory is failing me, then it could have been in the forward end of the console (like under the dash.) Anyway, hope the '91 is simmilar and you find this helpful.

    There are also 2 other ignition related modules inside the engine compartment. One is usually near the intake manifold or coil area and the other is inside the distributor. I found the distributor module for about $60 online.

You have a bad ignition power transistor ( this does roughly the same function as an ignition module) or a bad ignition coil. I would bet on a bad transistor....

Where is the fuel pump relay switch on my 93 Plymouth Colt Vista. The book I have says it's in the engine compartment next to the ignition coil. There is no external ignition coil on my car.

Yes you probably will need a new one, but try to check on the crackshaft positioner sensor or the pickup coil on the ignition/

1.5L should be rear of engine mounted ON distributor. 2.0L should be mounted IN distributor.
