Solution #2 above is a rectal tonsillectomy, and it doesn't get you to the side marker lamp located in the headlamp assembly. The answer, including a good disassembled illustration is at:
http://www.justanswer.com/questions/1p6yy-how-do-you-change-a-2008-gmc-yukon-h13-headlight
The key is to remove the six bolts that attach the facia top to the hood latch bracket, and partially remove the headlamp to get access. Don't forget to loosen but not completely remove the bottom outboard bolt, accessed by partially removing the inner fender.

Radiator fan continues even with the car off. I have to unhook the battery for it to go off

sounds like the solid state fan relay has gone bad. This is a fairly common failure for jeeps.

The relay is lacted under the passenger headlight assembly. There are two options to replace it. You can remove the entire front of the vehicle including the bumper, headlights, grill, and headlight support. or you can do it the easy way.

Remove the passenger headlight assembly. there will be one or two bolts that need to be removed and then the headlamp assembly will pop out (sometimes a little force is needed).

in the picture below you can see a series of holes have been drilled. You don't have to get this crazy but you will need to make a big enough opening to get at the two screws and to remove the relay. you can see the relay/connector in the hole to the right and the new relay on the bumper.

Can't replace passenger side headlight on 4 cylinder sedan because of obstruction from what appears to be part of the emission control system (a plastic funnel assembly). Can't free the three screws...

  1. Remove the front bumper.
  2. Disconnect the connectors (A).
    1. Remove the five mounting bolts (B), then remove the headlight assembly (C).
    2. Install the headlight in the reverse order of removal.
    3. After replacement, adjust the headlights to local requirements.

Can't get passenger side marker light out on a 2007 kia spectra

There is one bolt on top of the radiator support and another in back. The assy fits into a pluug that keeps it aligned so it cam be tough to remove. Just wiggle it side to side while pulling and it'll slowly come out.

Are you looking to fix the bulb that is in the corner of the headlamp? You don't need to remove the head light for that. The is a black cap that screws off just beind it.

I have to replace the ballast for the HID headlights on my 2004 XC70 volvo and it is under the headlight assembly. I just need assistance on how to remove the passenger side headlight assembly

You need to remove the front bumper. Five push clips along the hood line, remove the headlight wipers (if equipped), one T25 screw in the front of each fender well, then two 12mm bolts under the headlights (1 each side). Then there are 4 10mm bolts holding the headlight in.

4Runner headlight has moisture inside. Light works fine

yes. it should be a fairly easy job, just be careful when removing the glass, and make sure you get your headlight re-alligned when it is done, as it will fail its mot if not done.

hope that helps.

The 2003 Sable has the same headlight assembly and removal/replacement instructions as the 2001 Sable. Once I had this information in hand, bulb replacement was easy.
