Any jeep dealer has the sensor. To install it you have to get under the car and is located on the top of the bell housing on the drivers side.
Two bolts hold it in.

I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am getting a bad crank shaft sensor/misfire error code. I have replaced the crank shaft sensor, spark plugs and coil but the problem stiil remains. What else could...


Your engine will also have a Camshaft position sensor too (P0340). This can sometimes make the Crankshaft sensor code come on (P0335). Your misfire could be down to a low oil level or faulty knock sensor. You have ruled out the possibility of it being a spark related issue. Hope this helps...
