Remove everything you connected. you might have shorted out some wires.
check all your car's fuses.
you certainly have damaged your radio!

I put a new radio in my car and now it wont start 1190 toyota

Did you in stall it your self ? if so make sure you didnt blow fuses and check the connections make sure you are getting power and if you put subs and power amp and stuff like that make sure you have enough battery power to power everything if not the car wont even turn at all cuz the juice is working on its own to start the radio. check also you didnt cut any wires while doing so and if you didnt install it your self and took it in then take it back something went wrong maybe....

The clock, speedometer, gas gauge, etc.. won't work.

No need to say you obviously created a short circuit when you installed the radio and something got fried.
Could be the dimmer, you could try to bypass that but in all honestly I think it is best left up to a pro.

Factory radio main key to ignition switch

The factory radio has nothing to do with a car starting or not starting. You can install any radio that you like in your car as long as it was installed properly there will be no problem. The no start needs to be looked at but don't look at radio for cause. Would need more info on the no start to help there. You should take notes as to conditions when car won't start.
