2005 mercury mountaineer where is my power window dues box

dues box ? do you mean fuse box . There are fuses for the power windows in the under hood fuse / relay box ! F1.62 30amp fuse an there is a relay in the CJB - central junction block ,located under the driver side dash panel . Accessory delay relay , first one top left in the fuse box. That's a good place to start ! what if fuse an relay are good ? then what ? do you know how to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Do any of your windows work ? The best place to start is the drivers door window switch ! All power to all windows come through that switch .The lite blue with black stripe wire is power wire at the switch !

Power windows don't work but the power locks do

No telling where break or short is. Just because the Power locks work doesn't mean there is not a problem in the power window power delivery. Are you saying all power windows do not work? I I assume you have master window control at Driver's door? So neither master or independent at each door control switch operates any of the windows. If so please double check the fuse or connections near the departure from the fuse for the windows.

Windows dont go down fuse ok wires tested ok took left front control out maybe thing that it is the problem

yes you need the drivers side switch to be hooked up or the other switches wont work. because of the window lock function. replace switch and it will work

Windows won't raise up in my 2001 Mercury Mountaineer due to bad fuse

That is a lot of don't knows

That tells me your better off at a repair shop

Why not check all the fuses

If one blew,it will blow again, until you
fix the real problem

If one window works, it won't be a fuse

The most common would be a window
switch you use the most, followed by a window
regulator,then a fail motor.

You should have an owners manual for
all your vehicles to look up fuses & lamps

2002 mercury mountaineer on e window not working

All the windows are on the same fuse, if the other windows are working fine, it's not a fuse issue. I susppect the motor or the window regulator.
With your ear close to the door panel, press the window switch up and down, if you hear the motor and grinding noises then the window regulator needs to be replaced, if you don't hear anything then the motor is bad OR no power is getting to the motor. either way you will have to take the door panel off and to fix.

I have a 2004 mountaineer and both back windows are not going down.had this problem before but was able to break seal and make them work.but not this time

sometimes this is caused b a bad relay/fuse (does your vehicle have a relay/fuse per window or 1 for the front 2 windows and another for the back windows))

did you accadently leave the window lock on (this is a butten thats usually above the 4 window switches try pushing that butten)

give these a try good luck i hope this helped

Where is the power window relay on a 1998 mercury mountaineer?

technically you have three relays to worry about on these power windows

and all of them are behind the center of the dash in the RELAY box

Power windows willl no longer work

if you press the button or switch and it makes a noise the window is off track or the little plastic gears are stripped. if you press the switch/button and no noise is produced, then its as simple as going down to the local hardware store and buying a fuse for it.
