Question about 2000 Ford Windstar
The damper mixing door motor was replaced. The damper seems to be working ok.Heater only get warm. The engine temp. is normal and the heater input and output hoses are getting hot.
You may have an air lock in the system. Have you ever had the system flushed out? This might be the fix. Also the thermostat might need to be replaced. You didn't say if you hear the clicking noise. If you do hear the clicking noise when you adjust the tempture control then its back to the replacement of the blender motor box with broken gears.
Hope this helps Warren
