    the motor has to have revolution and it will ossilate may i know what you exactly mena by this??

I guess you are talking of the engine increasing the idle speed and decrease in the idle speed amd i right? assuming this is what you are talking ablut, there are several factors to look into but the main sourcefor what we call as engine surge is vacum leak

How to replace a radiator fan motor on a Chevrolet Cavalier


You will have to remove the cooling fan motor assembly by removing the lower mount bolt and lifting the scroud off of a lip on the top of the radiator. Remove the fan and remove the motor.

Blower Motor - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
(see Figures 1 and 2)

The blower motor and fan are serviced as an assembly only.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the passenger side sound insulator.
  3. Detach the electrical connections from the blower motor.
  4. Remove the blower motor retaining screws, then remove blower motor and fan assembly.
To install:
  1. Install blower motor and fan assembly, then secure using the retaining screws.
  2. If equipped, connect the blower motor cooling tube.
  3. Attach the electrical connections to the blower motor.
  4. Install the right side sound insulator.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.

Best way to tune up 1999 chevy cavalier after sitting for a 1.5 years and app. cost thanks


1st thing to do is dump a can of motor flush in the crank case. follow directions on can. replace with full synthethic motor oil. Valvoline reccomended. 5w30. change fuel filter, sparkplugs and wires, valve cover gasket (probaly dry rotted.) replace pvc valve. should be good to go after that. cost estimate $ 60 hope this helps.

Where would I find evap sensor harness for 1999


If you are talking abought the evap purge solenoid valve it is located at the front of the engine under the exhaust manifold on the left hand side.

As long as you can get it bolted to the engine somewhere it should work OK. I hope thats all the difference between those 2 engines. ?????

if it is the 2.2 L motor it is right in the front of the engine just about center.

now just incase your looking for tthe transmission dip stick, on certain transmission models there is no dip stick for the transmission. it is sealed.
