When I purchased the vehicle several months ago the right turn signal would flash rapidly when used. The bulbs appeared to be working but not flashing. The left side was working fine. Just recently the left side has developed this same illness: The signal switch locks into place, the relay is turning on and off (rapidly) and the signal bulbs stay on steadily. Any ideas?? Thanx, Todd

replace the right rear bulb. the quick flashing indicates a bad bulb. it could be a wiring problem to the rear for the signal light that you will have to check out starting at the socket and working forward.
I would change out the turn signal bulb on the right front. A blown bulb can cause the fast flash issue. The signals staying on is not related to the bulb being blown. That is most likely a problem with the multifunction switch, the knob you use to signal.
Check the the bulbs at the front and rear of the vehicle work. If one is not lit up, replace that one. On some of the earlier model cars the blinkers would stay solid and not flash when one or both bulbs were blown. Modern cars have a rapid flash when one or both are blown
its not the fuse, its either the front or rear lamp is out on that side left or right, or if pulling a trailer you need a heavy-duty flasher unit because this makes the same kind of fast flash problem due to more lamps operated at the same time
Well it sounds like you have a short circuit somewhere. it apperars to be messing with the relay that you replaced. have you checked all the fuses in your fuse-box? how about all the bulbs on the exterior of the vehicle? try those things then post back.
