I have a 1998 Ford Explorer, and the turn signals have gone out. They were working on and off for a while but today no signals. I tried manually using them, hearing the clicking inside but did not see any light. Is it just a switch or something easy and not costly?

have you replaced any exterior light bulbs recently the proper bulb must be installed you should hear your flasher when you turn your signal right or left if not check fuses . if all bulbs are correct flsher works then you have to replace your turn signal switch with is a common problem on these vehicles.
