Check every accessory light in the car, boot, glove box, bonnet , vanity lights in the visors, these are the usual culprits for draws, I have seen a bad diode in the alternator cause this,To check that disconnect the alt. and see if the draw goes away.

How do I disable the alarm on my mercedes vito as it keeps going off

the alarm is going off because the battery is flat and in this condition the alarm system thinks that the battery is being stolen. Have a load test done on the battery and check that the terminals are clean and tight. Charging /replacing the battery should fix the problem.

Vito flat battery

There must be something wrong with the battery and the charging system.

Do you know that batteries expire?

I experienced it before and it was the same feeling you had.

Consider replacing your battery and checking the charging system/ alternator ratings.

Cheers.

Flat battery every morning

With a full charge the battery needs to be load tested, then a draw test needs to be done, to determine where the draw is, when vehicle is sitting. Auto electrician should know how to isolate draw. If you decide to try it yourself, buy a 12v test light & get back to us, we'll explain how to do it.

Battery going flat on car daewoo leganza 1997

hi for a battery to go flat means your altenator isn't doing its job in charging it. all cars are different but it has to charge at a certain rate in order to keep it going. if the charge rate is very low then yes the battery wont last. if alternator is ok then possibly a wirring fault somewhere.

Car batterys cant all be faulty?

Disconnect the positive terminal of the battery.
Place a 20 amp meter inline, (poss to battery lead, neg to battery)
And see if you have any more than a few milliamps of drainage for radio memory etc.
Anything like 0.25 amps or more and you have a component on the car that is ON.
Boot light, is it going out? 5w bulb in a 12v circuit = 2.4amps so a 75ah battery = 30 hours to dead flat.
Do you have electric windows? Is one still trying to close as in stuck relay or switch? (Had that on a porker 924) put your ear to the doors and listen for the hum.
Test 2, fully charge battery but leave car with alternator wires disconnected. Still goes flat, it’s on the car, no? It’s the alternator.

Hope that helps, Pete
