Question about 1994 Toyota Corolla
There is a hose that channels antifreeze located behind the engine of my 94 Toyota Corolla, it has 2 ring clamps that secure it to what I believe is the water pump. I need to replace this hose, as it is over 14yrs old and has ruptured causing the radiator to completely drain all the anitfreeze. I can NOT find the proper name of this hose. WE U PLEASE HELP..... THANK YOU!
The hose is called the "water inlet hose"; and there are 2 different ones, depending on your engine size. You will probably not find this at an auto parts store, but, here are the 2 different part numbers, if you want to go to a dealer for the part:
1.6 Litre: 16322-15050 $54.04 US
1.8 Litre: 16332-16060 $44.87 US
This should solve your problem.
Thnaks for choosing FixYa.

These are also referred to as "Top Radiator Hose" and "Bottom Radiator Hose." They are available from most auto parts stores. Sometimes it may be necessary to trim the newly purchased hose to the correct length. Use a razor-knife to do this.

Find the hoses that leave your radiator.
Trace the top hose back to your engine.
Locate the thermostat housing attached at the end of that hose. Verify the location in your owner's manual, as some manufacturers house the thermostat at the bottom of the radiator rather than the top. This makes removal far more difficult.
